A great looking and great modern hotel in London with lively staff on reception desk. Good sized and fashionable rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows and nice views. Fab and fantastic location next to a contemporary art gallery. Based next to central London and Westminster and the London Eye and Vauxhall.

Free access to the hotel no security guards and 100% audibility, i.e. you can even hear someone breathing behind the wall.

Pleasant, always smiling and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and gym is 24hrs.
I can smell the cooking from level up or neighbors. Room has no view, but staring into other rooms, curtains have to be pulled in 24hrs. Gym should have mirrors for weights. An indoor swimming pool will be great!

Location and public transport. In the evening a bonbon and extra bottle of water and an open bed. It's nice that the bins were emptied in the evening.
Vacuuming could have been better; some more dishes; replacing water glasses at the sink.

Excellent spacious one bedroom suite with well equipped kitchenette but the piece de la resistance is the amazing view of the River Thames through the floor to ceiling windows; extensive room service menu with good choice including pan Asian food which we love ; in the restaurant, again many choices, you can order sushi; dim sum ; thai food, or a steak all reasonably priced; good choice on the breakfast buffet plus hot breakfast cooked to order; Given the size of the suite, facilities and location hotel represents value for money as would pay far more anywhere else for that view
We had our own vehicle and when we drove up on arrival the concierge told us that we could only park for half an hour outside then we would have to pay 26.00 for parking in their garage. The concierge also wasnt well informed about parking in the area save that we would have to cross the bridge to find our own parking - not great when my husband is 92 years old. . I think that is quite excessive for a hotel to charge their guests who are paying good money for their accommodation when you can pay less or even the same in an NCP car park

Apartment was excellent in terms of facilities, view, staff, location etc. Also, we were given free cocktails at the bar which was a nice touch, plus luxurious toiletries and large bathroom.
I would not describe the decor as 5 star, I would describe it as "student flat". The carpet by the window was disgraceful, with large burn marks in it, there was a ceiling spotlight coming out of its socket and the wooden floor in the lounge had large gaps in it (not fitted well).
